Salary: $25.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 32 to 40 hours per week

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, full-time, Evening, Morning, Day, Weekend, Overtime available

Starts as soon as possible

Responsibilities
Tasks
• Read specifications to determine quantities of materials required
• Make on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures, etc.
• Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint, etc.
• Fill cracks and holes using fillers such as putty and plaster
• Mixing and applying paints, varnishes, and sealants for a lasting finish.
• Apply varnish and other finishes
• Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach necessary rigging
• Apply specialty finishes such as sponging, ragging, or layering
• Follow and comply with all health and safety protocols on job sites
